We provide NDIS Support Coordination, In-Home Support & Personal Care, Social & Community Access and Home and Living Supports, including 1:1 SIL. Your Care Navigator sits down with you to work out what your plan covers and helps you explore support options. You choose your own providers. Aus Care Community Services also provides behaviour support and counselling, and has its own allied health team, working closely with other allied health professionals, with therapies including occupational therapy and speech therapy.
